Leased-Equipment Inspections
Leased-Equipment inspections are provided to banks, leasing companies and financial institutions by InspectRite.
Be assured that leased equipment has been delivered to lessee's property before funding and that it complies with the conditional sales agreement.
During the lifetime of any equipment lease, InspectRite will verify that the equipment remains on lessee's property, that serial numbers match lease documents and supply inspector's evaluation of the condition of same.
InspectRite provides physical observation with documenting photos as to the condition of equipment. Certification of inspector's finding are provided.
24-hour turnaround is available on most assignments, whether the equipment is electronic, vehicles, medical or mining machinery. Wherever located, InspectRite will locate the equipment, document serial numbers, and photograph condition with lease-problem evaluations at no additional charge.
