The Move-In Certified Program
This revolutionary home inspection program is for the seller who wants to sell his or her home quickly and has confidence in the condition of the home being placed on the market.
As a proof of this confidence, the seller purchases an InspectRite inspection. Our inspectors make a thorough home inspection. If InspectRite finds that there are no significant defects in the structure or its systems, it is awarded the Move In Ready Certification with a yard sign indicating same. If major defects are detected, InspectRite requires the seller to have these defects corrected before MIC is awarded. In any event, Move In Certified is only designated if and when our inspectors determine that the house is free of any major defects.
Once the inspected house is Move-In certified, copies of inspection reports by our certified, insured and licensed inspector is made available to all potential purchasers.
This program enables the seller to make any corrections required before the home is viewed by realtors or prospective buyers. Don't turn off that interested buyer who may never return for the second visit. Have your home ready for that first visit by the buyer who may go to settlement.
This warranty improves the seller's chances of obtaining the full selling price, since it eliminates speculation on the part of a buyer as to possible defects that might exist.
